Passive CWDM & DWDM

Passive CWDM & DWDM

Features:

  • Low insertion loss
  • Wide pass band
  • High channel isolation
  • High stability and reliability
  • Epoxy free on optical path

Applications:

  • Channel add/drop
  • DWDM network
  • Wavelength routing
  • Fibre optical amplifier
  • CATV fibre optic systems
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Due to its low cost and simple deployment, CWDM is a good fit for access networks and many metro and regional networks. Today’s CWDM systems use wavelengths that are spaced 20nm apart.  DWDM technology provides much more wavelength density and allows more traffic carrying wavelengths to be combined onto a single fibre.
