Brianna Woodsby
Executive Director, Compliance & Governance
Joining AFL in 2007, Brianna Woodsby leads AFL's ethics, compliance, and governance programs, ensuring the company operates with the highest integrity. She oversees a wide range of initiatives, including hotline and disclosure monitoring, policy management, employee training, corporate governance and internal audit. Additionally, Brianna champions AFL's Corporate Responsibility program, integrating core values with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts.
Brianna’s expertise extends to international trade compliance, where she has held a variety of roles managing export controls and customs compliance matters. Notably, Brianna spearheaded the implementation of a Foreign Trade Zone at AFL's Duncan, SC facilities in 2019. She also has experience interfacing directly with several government agencies. Prior to joining AFL, Brianna worked for a global logistics company as a customs compliance specialist.
Brianna holds a U.S. Customs Broker license. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and International Trade and a Master of Business Administration, both from Clemson University. She actively contributes to her community through volunteer work with various organizations, including her alma mater.
